The act of time blocking consists of taking all your responsibilities, tasks, regular activities and goals and breaking them down into time fragments that are then placed in your calendar, on repeat if necessary. This course will not only show you how to time block, but you will begin your time blocking schedule as we learn together allowing you to already feeling more focused, lighter and organized.
