Interview with Gloria Eid
Gloria is a writer, poet, leadership coach, and grief movement guide who helps people navigate their pains of growth and embody their innate creativity so that they build lives that are true to their nature.
Through her own experiences with grief and death, her writings and teachings often explore how to find peace in life’s mysteries, carry onward in the aftermath of loss, and live in the nuance of keeping it together when things have fallen apart. She is a featured poet on an upcoming documentary airing this year called Heal Through Poetry. Her episode shares intimately about the death of her dad in 2019 and the ensuing experiences and perspectives she’s been left with while grieving and healing.
In this episode we discuss the death of her dad, anticipatory grief, using movement to process grief and shifting perspectives after loss.
